She graduated this year in Womenswear Knitwear from
Royal College of Arts, has a BA in Fashion Womenswear from London College of Fashion, interned at Central Saint Martins College of Art Innovation Fashion Lab, at Gareth Pugh Studio and Alexander McQueen Womenswear Design Studio. She was a finalist at International Talent Support 2013 and won the Feel the Yarn Competition 2012.
Her collection features silicone garments moulded out of knitwear, exaggerated silhouettes and volumes made from spacer fabric [a material which I'll try in a near future]. A very modern and innovative way to present knitwear which I definitely would wear!
"Traditional knitwear is more soft and shapeless. (...) I wanted to make sure my collection is innovative but still wearable," she told
Dezeen.
